UKCloud will be performing an upgrade to the My Calls support tool.

Impact to customer?
My Calls will be unavailable whilst UKCloud perform necessary upgrades which will also impact our Managed IT Operations customers. Customers will be unable to access or raise tickets for the duration of the maintenance. Prior to the upgrade, UKCloud will contact all Managed IT Operations customers to discuss this in more detail.
