What?
Routine maintenance affecting UKCloud Secure Remote Access services for Elevated.
UKCloud will be upgrading the AnyConnect Client used for the Secure Remote Access services.

When?
Thursday 25 November 10:00 - Thursday 25 November 12:00

Impact to customer?
Once the maintenance window is complete users will be prompted to upgrade their Cisco AnyConnect client when they next connect to sra01.ukcloud.com.
This does not require administrative privileges to complete, however does require tcp-443 port open to SRA URL.
If they require manual installation, the customer should contact CSE for the upgraded AnyConnect version and install it on their machines prior to the maintenance window.
During the update process your VPN connection may fail to initiate. However, once the update is complete user connections should work as usual.
