What?
UKCloud will be performing software upgrades on firewalls connecting to the HSCN network.

When?
Monday 3 February 20:00 - Tuesday 4 February 02:00

Impact to customer?
Loss of resiliency while each firewall is upgraded. A small amount of packet loss will be seen while firewalls fail-over.

Two upgrades are being performed within this window, the first potential time for impact will occur from 20:00, and the second from 23:00.
