What?
UKCloud are carrying out maintenance work on the storage backend supporting the snapshot protection and TrilioVault services in order to improve resilience.

When?
Saturday 21st November 06:00 - Sunday 22nd November 20:00

Impact to customer?
Backup and restore facilities for the impacted regions will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Requests to include/exclude VMs from backup, or changes to retention policy, will fail during this time but will be resubmitted upon completion of work.
