Platform Incident - Assured Snapshot Protection - Corsham Friday 15th December 2017 08:29:23

We are aware of a problem occurring with our Assured Snapshot Protection Service.

Due to this, some instances of customer backups will not have completed successfully within the window and will have timed out. Restores will not be available for this period.

This incident is being investigated currently. We will update once more when we know if this is expected to impact any further backups.

This issue has now been resolved and there is no further impact expected.
