Platform Incident - Assured ECC - Region 5 Zone B Friday 8th December 2017 17:00:00

We are aware of a problem with storage and networking in Region 5 Zone B.

You may have found that your VM either restarted unexpectedly and then had lost networking access; or your VM may have gone into a read-only state. If your VM is in a read-only state please attempt to reboot it as a first port of call.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

Our engineers have completed their work on this and all services are working as expected.
