Platform Incident - Assured Enterprise Compute Cloud - Region 2, Zone AC2 Thursday 7th December 2017 13:57:00


We are aware of an incident which affected some customers within Region 2 Zone AC2 at 13:57 today (07/12/2017). Due to a hardware fault on an ESXi host an HA failure was triggered which caused VMs to restart elsewhere in the cluster.

The offending host is now undergoing maintenance and will be re-introduced to the cluster shortly.
