Platform Incident - Assured Snapshot Protection - Region 6 Zone F Thursday 7th December 2017 08:00:00

Due to the issue identified in Region 5 Zone B early this morning ( the snapshot protection service was not available last night for Region 6 Zone F. This is due to data corruption which required rolling back.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause if you require a restore. The Snapshot Protection service has since been restored and backups will be running again tonight in Region 6 Zone F. We will continue to monitor the service during the next Snapshot Protection window to confirm backups run successfully.

The Snapshot Protection service was fully operational last night (07/12/2017) and backups ran successfully.

If you require a restore please raise a ticket on our Support Portal as per normal procedure.
