Platform Incident - Assured Connectivity - Region 5, Zone B Thursday 7th December 2017 00:40:00


We are aware of a problem with storage and networking in Region 5 Zone B.

If you experience either your VMs going read-only or being affected by network connectivity problems, please try rebooting your VM as a first resolution attempt. If this does not resolve your issue please raise a ticket via our support portal.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

We have identified and resolved a networking issue affecting this Zone - we have confirmed that connectivity has been restored.

If you continue to experience networking and/or storage issues affecting your VM please try a reboot as a first resolution attempt before engaging support via our Portal.
