Platform Incident - Assured Connectivity - Regions 1 and 2 Tuesday 28th November 2017 23:20:00


We are aware of a problem with network connectivity between 23:20 and 23:30 on Tuesday 28th November 2017.

This was caused by a network device rebooting resulting in a brief outage for some customers in Regions 1 and 2 during this time.

This incident has been resolved and normal service has been restored.
