Regions 1 and 2 Assured vCloud Director/Portal authentication bug Wednesday 8th November 2017 07:12:00
We are investigating and issue causing customers to not be able to log into vCloud Director and the UKCloud portal as of 07:10, we have begun investigation and will continue to update as further information becomes available.
UKCloud engineers determined the root cause and the vCloud performance remains stable and this incident is deemed to be resolved. A full root cause will be published on the UKCloud portal in line with our normal process.

We have applied a workaround and all services are back online. We are monitoring the performance of vCloud Director to confirm stability.
