We are aware that the UKCloud Portal is unaccessable at this time.

This incident is currently under investigation and our engineers are currently working to restore access to the portal

This issue has now been resolved. If you are experiencing an issue, please contact our support team.

UKCloud engineers have restored access to portal and vCloud. Impact to customer VM's is still being investigated. We anticipate that some customer VM's will be in a read-only state and will require a reboot. We will be performing rolling reboots of hosts in Zone 1-AF1 which may cause some VM's to be rebooted.

If you are experiencing any issues with your server, contact UKCloud Support.

We have aware that this issue is also affecting all zones in Region 1 Farnborough. Customers will be unable to manage their VM's
