We are aware of degraded performance in vCloud, affecting Regions 1 and 2.

This incident is currently under investigation and our engineers are working to improve performance.

This Incident has now been resolved.

If you experience any issues, then please contact the support Team.

Our vendor has been engaged to assist with investigation. UKCloud will be performing emergency maintenance at 01:00 on March 8th to improve performance.
