We are aware of a problem affecting performance within Region 5 Zone C.

This incident is under investigation and updates will be provided when available.

This incident is now resolved.

We believe this issue is now fully resolved but will continue to monitor closely. If you believe your service is still affected please contact UKCloud support.

UKCloud remain engaged with our vendor engineering team to alleviate and rectify current issues. The teams have been working overnight and will continue to troubleshoot and fix around the clock until the issue is fully resolved.

Intermittent performance issues are expected to continue throughout today as work progresses and the cluster re-balances.

OpenShift applications using persistent storage may see some performance impact.

OpenShift clusters are unaffected. Our Engineers are currently investigating the underlying storage for OpenStack.
