We are aware of a problem affecting the Email and Collaboration service. This is currently under investigation with the provider and updates will be provided when available. If you believe your service has been affected, please contact Cloud Support.

All services should now be working as designed. Please contact support if you are experiencing further issues.

This has been confirmed to be a vendor problem, who are working to resolve the incident. Emails are being queued and will be sent through automatically once resolved.
