We are aware of an issue impacting Regions 7 & 8 Zone 10(EE1)

Customers should see no impact at this time, this message is for your awareness.

This incident is currently under investigation and we will provide more detailed information as soon as possible.

We experienced a temporary disconnection of storage syncing across the Enhanced platform. This has been resolved and the Enhanced site is now in sync.

No customer impact is expected, however if you experience problems with your service in the Enhanced platform, please contact our Cloud Supprt team.
