Platform Incident - Cloud Native Infrastructure - Region 5 Zone C Sunday 29th October 2017 13:34:00


We are aware of an issue impacting Region 5 - Zone C, where customer VM network connectivity is affected.

This issue is currently being investigated and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

Issue with DHCP identified and resolved. Some customers may have to restart their VM's if their DHCP lease expired during the outage.
