Platform Incident - Region 2 (Snapshot Protection Service) - Assured Monday 7th January 2019 22:56:06


We are aware of a problem affecting one of our Snapshot Protection grids providing service to Region 2 ECC.

We have engaged our vendor who is currently assessing the problem. Until this issue has been resolved all backups on this platform have been suspended.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

This Incident has now been resolved.

Vendor support has been concluded and we have now restarted backups on this platform.

Some backups may fail to complete before the end of the backup window.

UKCloud will continue to monitor the platform.
