Incident - Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) - Farnborough - ELEVATED Tuesday 1st January 2019 12:57:47


We are aware of an issue impacting write access to the Farnborough Elevated ECS Service.

Customers will be unable to perform write tasks whilst we continue to work to resolve this. Enhanced Customers can continue as normal by using the Corsham endpoints.

This incident is currently under investigation and we are working closely with our service vendor. We will provide more detailed information as soon as possible.

We have corrected the fault affecting the Elastic Cloud Storage platform. Customers should be able to access and upload to Elastic Cloud Storage as normal. If you experience problems using the platform, please contact our Cloud Support team.
