We are aware of an issue impacting Region 5 Zone C.

Customer instances on the affected hosts have been restarted. Please contact UKCloud support if you require further assistance

This incident is currently under investigation and we will provide more detailed information as soon as possible.

We can confirm that all instances are back and operating normally. We are awaiting root cause investigation by the vendor.
