Snapshot Protection reporting, Elevated, Region 7 Tuesday 20th November 2018 08:00:00


We are aware of a problem with the reporting of Snapshot Protection in ELEVATED for customers in R7 Z10 EF1 and R7 Z10 CDS. While Snapshot Protection continues to backup customer VMs, backup success is not being reported on the UKCloud Portal. This is currently under investigation. If you require further information, please contact Cloud Support.

The reporting system is now working as designed. Please contact the customer support if you experience any issue.

Update: The investigation is continuing, EMC has been engaged and is currently working actively with our team.
