Potential Incident - vShield Edges may become unmanageable after a redeploy, ALL REGIONS, 09 November 2018 Friday 9th November 2018 18:13:00


We are aware of a potential issue where if an edge gets redeployed it may become unmanageable.

This is currently being investigated with VMWare support, UKCloud have a work around in place. If you are suffering from an edge being unmanageable, please raise a case with the UKCloud support team.

vShield Edges are now redeploying fine and working as designed. If you experience any issue please contact the customer support.
