Platform Incident - Elevated - vCloud Director - Regions 7 and 8 Tuesday 16th October 2018 17:55:00


We are aware of a performance problem with vCloud Director 9.1 affecting all zones in Regions 7 and 8

Performance of the management GUI and API is intermittantly slow with potential failures. Reattempts are likely to run correctly

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

Testing has now confirmed this as resolved.

Vendor recommendations have been successfully applied and the impact is believed to have been mitigated.

The UKCloud team are currently in the process of some extended testing.

This work continues as planned.

A maintenance has been scheduled to allow for some disruptive work to be performed.

We have implemented changes to rectify the errors successfully. We are continuing to make non intrusive changes to improve vCloud performance.
