We are aware of an issue impacting our PSN-P Email and Collaboration as a Service platform.
This issue has now been resolved and no further service interruptions are expected.
This work has now completed. Access to the service is now stabilised.
Our 3rd party supplier has recommended some additional remedial actions to ensure ongoing service stability.
UKCloud are currently implementing these suggestions and customers may see some disruptions during this time.
