Platform Issue - PSN-P Connectivity Tuesday 17th October 2017 14:38:00


We are aware of an issue impacting Region 7, Zone 10 and Region 8, Zone 11.

This issue is currently being investigated by Vodafone (this affects the whole of PSN-Protect, not just UKCloud). Customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

Customers may experience PSN-P connectivity issues.

The connectivity issue with PSN-P has now been resolved. If you are experiencing any further issues, please contact our support team.
