We are aware of problems affecting storage and networking backing ECC services in Region 5 Zone B.

You may have issues connecting to your environment or may find that VMs are in a read-only state.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

Issues in this zone are now resolved. It appears at this stage that storage was not in fact affected and it was purely networking connectivity that was impacted; your VMs should therefore not be in a read-only state.
