Connectivity interruption Regions 7 and 8 Zone EE1 Tuesday 19th June 2018 17:53:00


We are currently investigating customer edges temporarily losing connectivity and going unmanageable. If you experience connectivity loss or errors on your Edge Gateway in Regions 7 and 8, please contact our Cloud Support team.

This incident has now been resolved. If you believe you are experiencing any problems, please contact UKCloud support.

After further investigation, there are not further platform wide issues. If you are still experiencing any problems with your service please reach out to one of our UKCloud engineers who will be able to assist you.

We are aware of customers currently experiencing issues and are looking into this.

The underlying service has now been restored. If you are still experiencing issues a restart of your VM within vCloud Director should restore service. If you are still experiencing problems in Regions 7 and 8, please contact our Cloud Support team.

We are continuing to work towards restoration of service in Regions 7 and 8, the majority have now been returned to service. If you experience problems with your vShield Edge in Regions 7 and 8, please contact our Cloud Support team.

We are still experiencing problems with unmanageable edges in Regions 7 and 8, however connectivity loss should now be resolved and we are working to correct the remaining Edge faults. If you experience problems with your vShield Edge in Regions 7 and 8, please contact our Cloud Support team.
