Platform Incident - Assured & Elevated - ECC - [Region 6] Tuesday 19th June 2018 11:10:28


We are aware of a problem with the ECC platform within Region 6 at this time.

Customers may see some degraded performance whilst we work to resolve this.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

This incident has now been resolved.

Affected customers are advised to check the state of their VMs as their is a chance that they may have gone into a 'Read-Only' state.
