We are currently investigating slow sending and queueing emails in our Email & Collaboration as a Service infrastructure. If you experience any of these symptoms, please contact our Cloud Support team.
We have cleared the mail queue on the Email and Collaboration as a Service infrastructure, and following a 3rd party mail relay coming back online the UKCloud mail service is now operating as normal. If you experience further symptoms with the ECaaS service, please contact our Cloud Support team.

We have identified the cause of the slowness and queueing of emails and taken action to reduce the queue. This will begin to clear over the next hour and will return to normal operation before 1400. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Cloud Support team.
