Platform Incident - Elevated - UKCloud Portal Thursday 26th April 2018 09:30:00


We are aware of a problem with the authentication on our Elevated Portal.

Customers attempting to log into the Elevated Portal, or manage their VMs via API, may find that their account is locked.

If you are impacted by this please contact us directly and we will unlock your affected account for you.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

This has now been resolved.

We have resolved a problem with the authentication on our Elevated Portal.

Administrators should now be able to unlock accounts under their management again.

There is ongoing work to improve the behavior of our captcha process flow.
