We are currently investigating failures with the vCloud Director API in Regions 7 and 8. Customers may experience API requests failing when trying to send commands to vCloud Director.

If you experience failures, please raise a ticket with our Cloud Support team. Further updates will be posted as information is available.

We have resolved a problem with our load balancing infrastructure that was causing vCloud Director API requests to fail. If you continue to experience problems with the API, please contact our Cloud Support team.
