Platform Incident - Assured - Email and Collaboration as a Service - REGIONS 1 & 2 Tuesday 10th April 2018 14:25:00

We are aware of a problem with Internet-facing Email and Collaboration as a Service in Regions 1 and 2.

Whilst investigating performance problems with Email and Collaboration as a Service, we have discovered a fault and have had to take the service offline in order to resolve this.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

This service has now been restored and is functioning as normal following the outage. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our Cloud Support team as normal.
