Platform Incident - ASSURED - CNI - Region 5 Zone C Wednesday 7th March 2018 11:05:00

We have experienced a Hypervisor failure within Region 5 Zone C. All customer instances local to this host will have experienced a loss of service.

We are currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We have now resolved this problem and returned the hypervisor into service.

Affected customers will need to restart their instances.
