We are aware of a intermittent connectivity problems between VM's in Region 2, Zone AC3.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

We are currently working with our vendor as a high priority case and will continue to provide updates.

Networking has now returned to normal. If you experiance any problems please contact the UKCloud customer service team.

An RCA will be published on the portal in due course.
