We are aware of a problem affecting our CNI service in Region 5, Zone C

The control plane is intermittently unavailable which means customers will be unable to manage their Openstack services.

This incident is currently under investigation. Please continue to refer to this incident for further updates.

Incident resolved, control plane restored.

Access to the Control Plane has been restored; we identified a corrupt database instance on one of our controller nodes which needed to be restored over in order to successfully bring up services across the controller cluster. We have validated a number of check-out tests and are happy to confirm this incident resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you are continuing to experience issues please raise a ticket via our Customer Portal and we will be happy to investigate further for you.

We are continuing to urgently investigate loss of access to the control plane and have escalated by requesting support for one of our vendors. We will continue to update this incident as more information becomes available.
