Platform Incident - Assured - ECC - Region 5, Zone B Sunday 18th February 2018 22:30:00


We are aware of a problem affecting both the manageability of ECC services and networking connectivity in Region 5 Zone B.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

Our monitoring is now showing this zone is performing normally and all services appear to be healthy - we are happy to confirm this incident is resolved.

As per our previous update please raise a support ticket via our portal if you are continuing to experience issues and we will be happy to investigate further.

The vCloud cell services have been restarted and the backing vCenter has synced successfully. We have tested performing management operations which have completed successfully.

We are closely monitor the environment now that service has been restored - if you are continuing to experience issues within this zone please raise a support ticket via our portal and we will be happy to investigate further.

We have identified an issue affecting the cells hosting the vCloud service and are carrying out imminent restarts of services across the vCloud cells to resolve this.

We are currently troubleshooting this issue with one of our vendors as an inability to manage the backing vCenter is hampering our efforts in terms of tracing where the network fault lies.

We will provide further updates as they become available.
