Platform Incident - Elevated - Snapshot Protection - Region 8 Wednesday 7th February 2018 09:47:00


We are aware of a problem with our Elevated Snapshot Protection Service for Region 8.

Due to a hardware failure delaying the start of the window, a number of jobs may not have completed in time which would have resulted in increased failures.

All effort is being made to expedite resolution and an update will be made as soon as further details are available.
