We are aware of a problem with the management of VM's in REGION 8, ZONE 11-EC1

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

We have identified a number of hung tasks on the vCenter underpinning this zone. This has been resolved by restarting various services - we have verified the hung tasks have since completed.
