We are aware of a problem with our CNI service in Region 5, Zone C

Customers may be experiencing issues accessing some of their VMs and should not attempt to power on any until this issue is resolved.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.

During a planned storage upgrade, a hypervisor failed and rebooted - which may have caused some customer VMs to shut down. Customers should attempt to power back on their VMs if they find any which are powered off. If any problems are encountered please contact UKCloud support.
