Platform Incident - Assured vCloud Director - Regions: 1 & 2, Zones: All Monday 18th December 2017 16:50:00


We are aware of a problem with vCloud Director on our Assured platform.

Customers may experience problems when logging into vCloud Director. Logon may time-out when attempted, although an immediate retry can sometimes resolve.

This incident is currently under investigation and customers will be updated with any progress as soon as possible.
