ARK, our Datacentre supplier will be performing fixed electrical testing to meet regulatory requirements. The maintenance will require one of the two datacentre power feeds to be shutdown. With the power off, circuits will be tested and reenabled. The shutdown includes the UPS that supports this feed. This change is isolated to a single datacentre located in Farnborough and will take place in two phases.

Snapshot Protection services (both backup and restore facility) will be unavailable during the maintenance period. For virtual machines covered by journaling protection, journals will continue to be updated, however failover events into these zones will not be possible for the duration of maintenance window.
